Property Inventory Report

We deliver reports that are both straightforward and highly detailed, clearly documenting everything a landlord or agent needs. Each report comprehensively lists the contents, fixtures, fittings, and overall cleanliness of the rental property.

More than just a list, our service includes a thorough assessment of the property’s condition, noting the exact state of all items and any existing deterioration. This entire outline is supported by high-resolution professional digital images for undeniable evidence.

Property Check-In Report

Secure Your Tenancy with an Oneta Check-In

Our Check-In Report ensures a smooth start to the tenancy. We meet the tenant at the property to finalize the details and establish clear agreement on the property’s state.

During the check-in, we record meter readings and confirm the number of keys handed over. Most importantly, we review the inventory report with the tenant, giving them the chance to immediately highlight any discrepancies before signing.

By signing the final document, both the tenant and the landlord/agent gain a legally binding contract on the property’s condition, giving all parties complete peace of mind from day one.

Property Check-out Report

Our Check-Out Report is the essential final step to protect your property and finances.

At the tenancy’s end, we revisit the property, using the original inventory and check-in documentation as our baseline. We perform a comprehensive item-by-item assessment, meticulously noting any deterioration, damage, loss, or replacement of contents and fixtures. We also conduct a full examination of the property’s overall cleanliness.

With digital images supporting every finding, this report provides the landlord with the undeniable evidence needed to justifiably permit for any costs required to return the property to its original condition.

Inventory Report - Why do I need one?

Renting property can be a tricky business, for both landlords and tenants. A poorly prepared property inventory can prove to be costly for the landlord and make it impossible for the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service to determine any loss or damage to the property or its contents. What is the answer? Using a professional house inventory service from check-in to check-out. This protects both parties – saving time, hassle and money.Request A Quote
